Located at 94 rue Albert Calmette in Jouy-en-Josas in Yvelines (78), this real estate project will make it possible to transform former office buildings into 75 housing units, spread over four buildings for a total area of 5,414 m².
The legal set-up of the operation breaks down into:
- A construction lease (BAC) with the Foncière de la Transformation Immobilière,
- A VEFA covering 59 homes with the 3F Group, a subsidiary of the Action Logement Group, including 7 PLUS homes and 52 LLIs,
- The signature of 16 housing units in BRS (Bail Réel Solidaire) with the Office Foncier Solidaire des Yvelines.

Ideally located on the edge of the forest, near the A86 and the Jouy-en-Josas RER C station, the residence, designed by DGM and monitored by BMF Management, in collaboration with the architect Antoine Delaire of DGM, will offer apartments from 2 to 5 rooms equipped with balconies or terraces.
The operation is certified NF Habitat HQE and RE2020 and is aiming for NF Habitat HQE Very Performant certification.
