The new hires include Rebecca Nauman-Bailey as Regional Sales Manager – Central, Mike Alfaro as Regional Sales Manager – Eastern, Ryan Swan as Territory Manager, and Tim Hatcher as Territory Manager. New Leadership Strengthening Klauer’s Sales Operations
Rebecca Nauman-Bailey has been an integral part of Klauer for the past six years, serving as Customer Service and Strategic Account Manager. In that role, she collaborated across multiple departments, gaining extensive knowledge of the company’s operations and strategic direction. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Columbia College, she is well-equipped to take on her new role as Regional Sales Manager – Central. In this position, she will lead a team of company and independent sales representatives, focusing on expanding Klauer’s presence in the manufactured housing industry.
Mike Alfaro brings three decades of experience in the building materials industry, having worked across various sectors including lumber, millwork, windows, doors, and roofing. His extensive background makes him a valuable asset to Klauer as the new Regional Sales Manager – Eastern. In this role, Alfaro will be responsible for overseeing sales and business development, directing both company and independent sales representatives, and driving revenue growth and market share expansion in the Eastern United States. His wealth of experience in product sales and customer relations will be instrumental in strengthening Klauer’s footprint in this key region.
Territory Managers Expanding Klauer’s Reach
Ryan Swan joins Klauer as Territory Manager, overseeing Montana, Wyoming, and the Pacific Northwest. He has a strong background in territory management, having previously worked with Therma-Tru Doors and served as a Distribution Branch Manager for Lansing Building Products. His extensive experience in the industry will be invaluable in expanding Klauer’s market reach and enhancing customer relationships in these territories.
Tim Hatcher, a long-time Klauer employee, began his career at the company in 1997 as part of its SnoGo division, which specialized in rotary snow removal machines. After several years working in production, he transitioned to an inside sales position, focusing on Klauer’s K-Rib roofing and siding line. His expertise in product sales and inventory management led to his promotion as Purchasing Coordinator, where he was responsible for managing Klauer’s steel and aluminum inventory. Now, in his new role as Territory Manager, Hatcher will oversee sales operations in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois. His deep knowledge of Klauer’s products and longstanding experience with the company make him a valuable leader for these territories.
