Red Sea Global Launches Nammos Resort AMAALA, the Brand’s First Hotel

Nammos Makes Hotel Debut with New Resort at AMAALA

Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind some of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious regenerative tourism projects, has announced the opening of Nammos Resort AMAALA, marking the global hospitality debut of the renowned Nammos brand. Located at Triple Bay on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, the new resort adds another high-profile luxury offering to AMAALA’s growing portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle and wellness experiences.

The resort introduces Nammos’ distinctive Mediterranean-inspired identity to AMAALA, combining sophisticated design, premium hospitality, entertainment and wellness with the natural beauty of the Red Sea coastline. Built around the brand’s philosophy of “Endless Joy,” Nammos Resort AMAALA is designed to offer guests an experience that blends relaxation, social connection and vibrant entertainment.

The opening represents another milestone in AMAALA’s development as a luxury lifestyle and wellness destination. Set against the backdrop of Triple Bay, the resort offers sweeping views of the Red Sea and Dumega Bay, while its architecture and interiors are designed to reflect both Mediterranean influences and the cultural character of Saudi Arabia’s coastline.

“ Nammos Resort AMAALA strengthens the diversity of experiences available across the destination, bringing the unmistakable energy and spirit of Mykonos to the Saudi Red Sea coast,” said John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global. “As AMAALA continues to expand with each new opening, the addition of Nammos reinforces our ambition to establish one of the world’s leading luxury lifestyle and wellness destinations.”

Designed by internationally recognized architecture practice Foster + Partners, Nammos Resort AMAALA features 110 hotel keys and 20 private residences. The development has been carefully planned to integrate contemporary luxury with the surrounding landscape, creating an environment focused on privacy, comfort and understated elegance.

The architectural concept draws inspiration from the Cyclades, the Greek island group known for its distinctive coastal architecture, while incorporating references to the heritage and landscape of Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea region. This combination creates a setting intended to connect the resort’s international luxury identity with its location in the Kingdom.

One of the resort’s most distinctive features is the Nammos Beach Club, which occupies its own private island. Guests can reach the beach club via an exclusive boardwalk or private jetty, creating a dedicated destination for dining, leisure and entertainment.

The beach club brings the atmosphere for which Nammos is internationally recognized to AMAALA, combining panoramic ocean views with Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and a lively social setting. Its arrival is expected to further strengthen Triple Bay’s position as a destination for luxury hospitality and lifestyle experiences.

For Nammos Hotels & Resorts, the opening marks a significant expansion beyond its established restaurant and beach club operations.

“Today is much more than the opening of a hotel. It is the beginning of an entirely new chapter for Nammos,” said Carolyn Turnbull, CEO of Nammos Hotels & Resorts. “We have taken everything people know and love about the brand – its sense of occasion, exceptional hospitality, unforgettable dining and distinctive energy – and reimagined it as a complete resort experience.”

Wellness is another central element of the new development. Nammos Spa introduces the brand’s “Boundless Wellbeing” concept, creating a wellness environment that combines personal renewal with opportunities for social interaction.

Rather than following a traditional spa model, the offering incorporates a range of experiences intended to reflect Nammos’ energetic and contemporary identity. These include late-night sound healing, soundscape sessions, spa parties, radical manifestation sessions and advanced skin health treatments. The concept aims to position wellness as an integrated part of the overall Nammos lifestyle rather than a separate resort activity.

Guests staying at Nammos Resort AMAALA will also have access to a broader range of experiences throughout the AMAALA destination. These include marine adventures, sailing excursions, wellness trails, equestrian activities and destination events, allowing visitors to explore the Red Sea environment beyond the resort itself.

Families are also catered for through the Blu Kids Club, which provides younger visitors with dedicated activities focused on discovery, creativity and nature-inspired learning. The facility is designed to give children engaging experiences while allowing families to enjoy the wider resort and destination amenities.

The development also includes Nammos Residences AMAALA, a collection of 20 private residences overlooking a waterfront marina. The residential offering includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a three-bedroom penthouse.

Designed to combine Mykonian-inspired elegance with the natural setting of the Red Sea, the residences feature spacious interiors, large terraces and panoramic views of the sea and marina. Managed by Nammos Hotels & Resorts, homeowners will have access to a range of resort privileges, including dining, the Nammos Beach Club, hospitality facilities and personalized services.

The residences provide an opportunity for buyers seeking a luxury waterfront lifestyle within one of Saudi Arabia’s emerging tourism destinations. Their integration with the resort allows owners to benefit from both private residential living and access to a broader hospitality ecosystem.

With the opening of Nammos Resort AMAALA, Red Sea Global continues to expand the range of luxury experiences available along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. The project brings together international architecture, Mediterranean-inspired hospitality, wellness, entertainment and waterfront living in a single destination.

For Nammos, the resort marks a new stage of global growth, transforming an established lifestyle brand into a comprehensive hospitality concept. For AMAALA, the addition strengthens its positioning as a destination where luxury, wellness, culture and nature come together, further supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambitions to develop its tourism sector and attract visitors and investors from around the world.
