McCormack joins the organization with more than 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, bringing extensive expertise in brokerage operations, luxury real estate, talent development, and strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for leading high-performing organizations and helping brokerages navigate changing market conditions while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.
Her appointment marks a significant leadership transition for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida, a brokerage recognized for serving luxury and coastal property markets across Northwest Florida, including communities along the Forgotten Coast and Emerald Coast. Before joining Beach Properties of Florida, McCormack spent seven years with Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International Real Estate, where she most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Qualifying Broker. During her tenure, she played a key role in expanding the company’s operations, increasing its market presence, and strengthening its position within the competitive luxury housing sector.

These roles included serving as Managing Broker at Prudential Georgia Properties, now known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, as well as Senior Vice President and Managing Broker at Harry Norman Realtors.
Her experience across multiple leadership positions has given her a deep understanding of brokerage operations, agent development, and luxury market dynamics.
