Bouygues Construction is proud to announce a new partnership with ESTP, a prestigious engineering school specializing in construction. This sponsorship of the 2027 class was formalized by Joël Cuny, CEO of ESTP, and Amélie Quidor, Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Construction. Over the next three years, this collaboration will support 834 students, both bachelor’s and engineering candidates.
The partnership will leverage the network of 750 ESTP alumni working within Bouygues Construction and will focus on various initiatives. These include offering training support, organizing educational and recreational events, providing internship and professional integration opportunities, and promoting international exposure. Additionally, it aims to engage students on key transformation challenges in the construction industry.
Six key themes have been chosen for this collaboration:
- Safety, a top priority on all construction sites
- Reducing carbon footprint and environmental protection
- Digital transformation
- Innovation in construction methods
- Diversity and inclusion
- Global perspectives
“We are thrilled to embark on our fourth partnership with ESTP. Supporting the 834 students of the class of 2027 allows us to share our passion for construction while tackling new environmental and societal challenges. Preparing for the future means empowering young professionals in training and encouraging them to innovate and transform how we build. It also means guiding them in shaping their lives and careers, given the diverse roles and opportunities within the construction sector,” said Amélie Quidor, Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Construction.
