Peter Sassenfeld Retires, Christa Andresky Appointed Chief Financial Officer

Peter Sassenfeld, Chief Financial Officer of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft since 2011, will retire on June 30, 2025, concluding a distinguished tenure marked by significant achievements. Under his financial leadership, HOCHTIEF strengthened its capital structure, expanded globally, and enhanced value creation in key markets. His strategic vision and unwavering commitment played a vital role in the company’s sustained growth and resilience.

The Supervisory Board and Executive Board of HOCHTIEF extend their sincere thanks to Mr. Sassenfeld for his outstanding service and wish him continued success in the future.

Effective July 1, 2025, Christa Andresky will succeed Mr. Sassenfeld as Chief Financial Officer and join the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft. Her appointment, confirmed by the Supervisory Board on June 23, 2025, ensures a smooth leadership transition.

Ms. Andresky has worked closely with Mr. Sassenfeld and the HOCHTIEF Finance team, contributing to major initiatives and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. She brings more than 25 years of financial experience, including over a decade at Turner Construction Company — a HOCHTIEF subsidiary — where she has served as Executive Vice President and CFO since 2021. Known for her expertise in managing complex financial operations and driving operational efficiency, Ms. Andresky will continue in her leadership role at Turner, underscoring the Group’s integrated approach and strategic cohesion.

As of July 2025, the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft will be comprised of:
