Voyage Capital Group, a Dallas-based real estate investment and development firm, has successfully closed an acquisition and construction completion loan for the AC Hotel by Marriott at Denver Gateway Park in Denver, Colorado.
Peachtree Group, an Atlanta-based investment firm, has successfully arranged the financing for a new AC Hotel by Marriott at Denver Gateway Park. The deal features a strategic capital structure that combines Senior Debt with Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) financing to support the development and completion of the project.

The upcoming hotel will span approximately 75,000 square feet, featuring 146 guest rooms across seven stories. As part of Marriott International’s growing lifestyle brand, the AC Hotel will embody modern, European-inspired design and premium guest experiences. Construction is already underway, with an anticipated opening in late 2026.
Accurate Builders, a Dallas-based general contractor with a strong national portfolio in hospitality development, has been appointed to lead the construction. The firm is known for delivering quality projects with precision and expertise.
