Garnett Station Partners (GSP), a New York-based investment firm managing over $3.5 billion in assets, has launched Skybound Service Partners (“Skybound”), a new commercial roofing services platform, in partnership with Jack Miner, who will serve as its Founder and President.
Skybound aims to capitalize on the significant growth potential within the highly fragmented commercial roofing market, positioning itself as a consolidator of top-performing, founder-led contractors across the U.S. The platform’s mission is to build a national network of best-in-class operators by providing strategic investment, operational support, and resources to help partners scale their businesses while preserving their culture and values.
As part of its debut, Skybound announced its first partnership with Roof Technology Partners (RTP), a leading commercial roofing contractor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with additional offices in Alabama and Texas. RTP was founded in 2011 by Scott Coger, a licensed Professional Engineer and Registered Roof Consultant. Coger will continue to lead the company, which serves a diverse range of commercial clients and is recognized for its high-quality service and strong industry reputation.
