Lunda Construction Secures $34 Million Contract for Highway 169 Project

Tutor Perini Subsidiary Lunda Construction Awarded $34 Million Highway 169 Project in Minnesota

Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), a prominent civil, building, and specialty construction company, announced that its subsidiary, Lunda Construction Company, has secured a contract valued at approximately $34 million for infrastructure improvements along Highway 169 in Jordan, Minnesota.

The scope of the project includes the construction of four bridges and 14 cast-in-place retaining walls, enhancing safety and traffic flow along this vital corridor. Construction commenced in May 2025, with substantial completion expected by November 2027.

The full contract value has been added to Tutor Perini’s project backlog in the second quarter of 2025.
