The City of Dallas has appointed Trinity Alliance—a partnership led by Turner Construction and AECOM Hunt—as the Construction Manager for the transformative expansion of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
Touted as a once-in-a-generation investment, the ambitious project will reshape the convention center into a world-class facility, fueling economic growth, generating thousands of jobs, and unlocking new business opportunities across the region. The upgraded venue is also set to serve as the International Broadcast Center for the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup, hosting thousands of media professionals from around the globe.
Trinity Alliance is composed of equity and associate partners with strong community ties, all of whom will be instrumental in delivering the project. The team brings a wealth of experience, having constructed more than 70 convention centers across the U.S., contributed to $15 billion in developments, and supported the creation of over 150,000 jobs. Notable past projects include iconic venues like SoFi Stadium and the Intuit Dome.
With more than a century of history in Texas, Turner continues to leave its mark on the Dallas-Fort Worth skyline—now through a powerful alliance that merges local expertise with national reach.
