VINCI Construction has finalized the acquisition of Peters Bros Construction Ltd., a British Columbia-based company specializing in roadworks and asphalt production. In 2024, Peters Bros reported revenues of approximately €57 million (CAD 90 million).
Established in 1981 and headquartered in the Okanagan Valley, Peters Bros employs up to 140 people during peak construction season. The company has a strong presence in British Columbia’s interior, delivering projects in key locations such as Dawson Creek, Williams Lake, Merritt, Kelowna, and Penticton.
This strategic acquisition significantly enhances VINCI Construction’s footprint in Western Canada, where it already operates in the Vancouver area, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. By integrating Peters Bros into its regional hub, VINCI aims to boost operational capabilities, generate synergies, and better meet the growing infrastructure demands of British Columbia—a province whose population is projected to increase by 50% by 2046.
