Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc., a leading manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, has announced the appointment of Suzanne Stefany to its Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2025. Stefany will serve on both the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation Committee.
Stefany currently serves as a Senior Advisor at PJT Partners, a New York-based investment bank focused on advisory services. She previously held the position of Partner at PJT Partners from 2017 to 2024, where she provided strategic counsel to companies in the industrial sector, particularly on global corporate transformations and complex financial scenarios. Her experience spans finance, corporate governance, and capital markets, backed by a strong track record of leadership and strategic insight.

Earlier in her career, Stefany served as Managing Director and Global Industry Analyst at Wellington Management, where she led global portfolio mandates across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She has also held leadership positions at Loomis Sayles, Invesco Capital Management, and Putnam Investments.
Stefany brings valuable board experience, currently serving as a director at AMETEK since 2022, where she is a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Governance Committees. She previously served as Lead Independent Director at JELD-WEN, in addition to chairing the Nominating and Governance Committee and serving on the Compensation Committee.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from Tufts University and a master’s degree in Management and Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
