Boise Cascade Names Nathan Sikes SVP of Western Operations
Boise Cascade Company, a leading producer of engineered wood products and plywood in North America, has announced the promotion of Nathan Sikes to Senior Vice President of Western Operations for its Building Materials Distribution (BMD) division. This appointment will take effect on February 24, 2025. Professional Journey and Career Milestones
Nathan Sikes brings nearly two decades of experience with Boise Cascade, having joined the company in 2006. Over the years, he has taken on a series of progressively responsible roles within the BMD division. Most recently, Sikes served as Vice President of BMD Sales and Marketing, where he led initiatives to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and expand product offerings.
Sikes’s career within the company has been marked by a steady rise through leadership positions, including Southwest Region Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, and General Line Product Manager. In each of these roles, he demonstrated a strong ability to foster collaboration, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable business results.
In addition to his professional achievements, Sikes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also serves on the board of directors for the Lumbermen’s Association of Texas, further solidifying his commitment to advancing the industry.
