Transition to KW Living Realty
On March 3, 2025, Living Realty, Inc. will officially rebrand as KW Living Realty, becoming a Keller Williams market center based in Markham, Ontario. The transition will include all 550 agents and 35 staff members currently employed by Living Realty, making KW Living Realty the largest KW market center in Canada by agent count.
Key leadership roles within KW Living Realty have also been announced:
- David Wong, who has served as Vice President of Living Realty, will take on the role of Team Leader for the market center.
- Kelvin Wong, Living Realty’s Broker of Record since 2016, will serve as Operating Principal.
The market center will continue operating from its headquarters at 8 Steelcase Rd W, Markham, Ontario, L3R 1B2, along with its five branch offices located throughout the Greater Toronto Area. These strategic locations position KW Living Realty to maintain its dominance in one of Canada’s most competitive real estate markets.

As the transition unfolds, Kelvin Wong offered insights into current trends in the Canadian real estate market.
“While the consensus among many is that last year’s challenging market will lead to significant price increases in the resale real estate sector this year, opportunities on the buyer side still exist,” he stated.
He highlighted that the combination of lower mortgage rates, downward price pressures, and a frustrated sellers’ market could create favorable conditions for buyers.
“Competition for homes is back, but so too is a lower mortgage environment,” Kelvin added. “Our agents’ experience shows a more balanced and realistic housing market, leading to greater stability, comfort, and value for today’s home buyers.”
