Lovett Industrial Breaks Ground on 121 Logistics Park, a Two-Building Industrial Project in Texas

Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, has officially started construction on 121 Logistics Park, a premier 27-acre urban infill development in the bustling North Texas region. The project will consist of two state-of-the-art Class A logistics facilities, totaling 339,280 square feet, strategically located in Coppell and Lewisville, Texas.

Situated directly off State Highway 121, 121 Logistics Park offers immediate access to one of the most critical transportation corridors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The project comprises two buildings, each designed to meet above-standard industrial specifications:

  • Building 1: A 257,591-square-foot rear-loading facility with a 36-foot clear height, a 7-inch reinforced concrete slab, 49 dock-high doors, a 185-foot truck court, and at least 67 trailer parking spaces.
  • Building 2: An 81,689-square-foot front-loading facility featuring a 32-foot clear height, a 6-inch reinforced concrete slab, 18 dock doors, a 130–185-foot-deep truck court, and 12 trailer parking spaces.

These specifications make the park suitable for a variety of tenants, from regional distributors to large-scale logistics operations.

Marketing and leasing efforts will be exclusively managed by Adam Graham and Alex Wilson of Lee & Associates, a leading commercial real estate firm.
