ServiceTitan, a leading software platform for trades, has announced a new partnership with SRS Distribution Inc. (SRS), a top supplier of roofing materials. Through this integration, ServiceTitan aims to enhance efficiency and transparency for roofing contractors by streamlining materials procurement and automating purchasing processes.

The integration will roll out in two phases. In the first phase, SRS’s product catalogs will be available directly in the ServiceTitan platform, enabling contractors to create professional proposals with product images, descriptions, and daily price updates. The second phase will further enhance functionality by allowing roofers to view real-time pricing and availability, submit orders electronically, and receive notifications on order and delivery status.

Phase 1 of the ServiceTitan-SRS integration will be available to customers by the end of 2024, with Phase 2 expected in Spring 2025.
