Arc Capital Partners and Belay Investment Group Complete Sale of West Hollywood Retail Property

Arc Capital Partners (“Arc”) and Belay Investment Group (“Belay”) have completed the sale of their investment in a fully leased, 18,800-square-foot retail property at 8777-8783 Beverly Blvd and 308-314 N Robertson Blvd in West Hollywood, CA. The property includes a 32-space parking lot and was acquired by US Property Trust, a Los Angeles-based real estate holding company.

Arc initially acquired the property in 2021 amid the pandemic, recognizing its potential in the highly desirable West Hollywood Design District. The sale offered a rare opportunity for the buyer to secure an asset in a high-demand, limited-supply retail market adjacent to Beverly Hills. West Hollywood remains a premier retail destination with robust tenant demand and continued growth.

Quincy Allen, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc, remarked on the acquisition’s success, noting that the property was bought off-market with an eye toward value enhancement through tenant engagement and strategic repositioning. “We were able to ensure long-term stability by aligning with tenants and repositioning the property in a highly attractive mixed-use neighborhood,” said Allen.

Throughout Arc’s ownership, the property was stabilized with accretive leases from three credit retail operators, including the flagship US Leica Camera Store & Gallery, FlexForm, a luxury Italian furniture store, and Knoll, a brand acquired by Herman Miller. Belay’s CEO Eliza Bailey highlighted the sale’s success, stating it reflects both Arc’s execution skills and the strength of high-traffic “high street” retail locations.

JLL’s Bryan Ley led the sales team, supported by advisors Jeff Sause, Geoff Tranchina, Gleb Lvovich, Tim Kuruzar, Daniel Tyner, and Alex Olson.
