Laing O’Rourke has appointed Amy Tullis as Director of People for its Europe Hub, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering certainty to its clients through the strength of its workforce and experience.
Amy, a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD), brings over 20 years of HR experience to her new role. Most recently, she served as HR Director for the UK & Ireland at Ferrovial Construction. With a robust background in the construction industry, Amy has held key positions at Wates Group and Balfour Beatty and gained experience in the oil, gas, and energy sectors across the UK and Middle East.
Cathal O’Rourke, Chief Executive Officer of Laing O’Rourke, welcomed Amy to the team, stating:

Amy officially began her role on Monday, 2 September 2024.
