Lendlease Communities recognized for resident satisfaction with SatisFacts Community Awards at 101 privatized military housing neighborhoods.
Lendlease, a prominent global real estate and investment group, announced today the commendation of WinnResidential Military Housing Services, the managing entity responsible for property management and upkeep services across Lendlease’s privatized military housing communities. WinnResidential Military Housing Services has been honored with the prestigious National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award for 2023.
SatisFacts, a renowned provider of resident surveys focusing on multifamily retention and reputation management, has also acknowledged 101 Lendlease neighborhoods nationwide. This recognition encompasses over 91% of Lendlease’s entire privatized military housing portfolio and all eligible Lendlease communities, meeting minimum survey response requirements. These neighborhoods have been recognized as 2023 SatisFacts Insite® survey score award winners, reflecting exceptional resident satisfaction scores. The SatisFacts Community Awards are based on resident perceptions of the company’s leadership and team members’ dedication to customer service.
The awarded neighborhoods are situated within 11 Lendlease communities across the United States:
- Atlantic Marine Corps Communities, serving eight military installations nationwide
- Cadence Communities, spanning seven U.S. Army installations nationwide
- Campbell Crossing, serving Fort Campbell in Kentucky
- Cavalry Family Housing, serving Fort Cavazos in Texas
- Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes in New York
- Hickam Communities, serving Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii
- Island Palm Communities, serving multiple installations in Hawaii
- Knox Hills, serving Fort Knox in Kentucky
- North Haven Communities, serving Fort Wainwright and Fort Greeley in Alaska
- Soaring Heights Communities, serving Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona and Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico
- Tierra Vista Communities, serving military installations in California and Colorado

Last year, the company introduced a new smartphone app to streamline communication with residents, facilitating rent payments, maintenance requests, and other daily necessities.
