The $120 million, 31-story tower will offer 300 residences.
Turner Construction Company recently celebrated the topping out of the Pullman Gulch Union tower in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
The 31-story residential tower and mixed-use development will offer 300 luxury condominiums with one-, two-, and three-bedroom and penthouse residences with contemporary finishes. The building will have a range of amenities on the ground floor, such as a coffee bar, retail and restaurant space, a dog park, and a pet spa. Additionally, 24/7 concierge services will be provided. The sixth floor will provide accommodations such as a green roof with gas grills, an outdoor dining area, a pickleball court, and a fitness center. The 29th floor will feature a sky lounge and pool, coworking space, a conference room, and a game room.
Located in the Gulch neighborhood, this tower is the second phase of a three-tower Gulch Union mixed-use development. Phase one was 1222 Demonbreun, a 20-story Class AA office high-rise building completed by Turner in 2020.
“We are pleased to reach this milestone on the Pullman at Gulch Union,” said Paul Lawson, Vice President and General Manager, Turner Construction Company. “This building will provide stylish downtown residences and support the growth of this dynamic neighborhood. I am proud of our project team’s commitment to excellence and all their hard work. We look forward to moving toward the finish line and continuing our relationships with Endeavor Real Estate Group, AR Coleman, HKS, Inc., and Brockette, Davis, Drake, Inc.”
