Conti Federal Secures $15.96M Guam Contract, Expanding Its Indo-Pacific Presence
Conti Federal Services, LLC, a leading federal construction and design-build contractor, has secured a $15.96 million firm-fixed-price contract from Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) to construct the P-859 Consolidated Headquarters Phase II at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz in Guam.
The contract represents an important addition to Conti Federal’s growing portfolio across the Indo-Pacific and reinforces the company’s role in delivering mission-critical infrastructure for U.S. government agencies and military installations. The project will contribute to the continued development of Camp Blaz, a strategically important Marine Corps facility supporting U.S. military operations, readiness, training, and regional response capabilities.
