Located near the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Westgate Avenue, the project is designed to create a high-quality residential community while introducing new retail and restaurant opportunities at street level. Once completed, the development will feature 81 residences positioned above ground-floor commercial space, supported by one level of subterranean parking.
