The New American Home 2027 is being developed as a showcase of contemporary residential architecture, innovative building products and modern construction techniques. The three-story residence will encompass approximately 10,400 square feet and is planned for 56 Clearview Summit Drive in Southern Highlands, an exclusive residential community located in the foothills of Las Vegas, Nevada.
For the project, Western Architectural Openings will supply a complete window and door package designed to complement the home’s contemporary architecture while enhancing its connection to the surrounding landscape.
The package will feature products from Western’s Series 8000 Vantage Collection, along with the company’s Series 300 Minimalist Multi-Slide Door. Together, these systems are intended to maximize the amount of glass throughout the residence, increase access to natural light and create expansive views of the desert and valley surroundings.

The Series 8000 Vantage Collection combines a minimalist appearance with performance-focused engineering. Among the products being incorporated into The New American Home 2027 are the 8630 Fixed/Window Wall and 8670 Casement Window.
