CBRE Announces Senior Leadership Promotions Across Investments, Advisory Services and Trammell Crow Company
CBRE has announced a series of senior leadership promotions across its Real Estate Investments and Advisory Services business segments, as well as within its Trammell Crow Company (TCC) business line. The leadership changes, which take effect on January 1, 2026, reflect the company’s continued focus on strengthening its global platform, advancing strategic priorities, and positioning proven leaders in roles of broader responsibility.
At the center of the leadership changes is the promotion of Andy Glanzman to Chief Executive Officer of CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) segment. In his expanded role, Mr. Glanzman will have executive oversight of both Trammell Crow Company, CBRE’s wholly owned real estate development subsidiary, and CBRE Investment Management, the firm’s global real assets investment management business. He will continue to serve as Co-Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Investment Management alongside Adam Gallistel. Mr. Glanzman will report directly to Bob Sulentic, CBRE’s Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Glanzman brings extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of CBRE’s investment and development platforms to his new role. He has served as Co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management since December 2024 and previously held the position of President of the organization. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in expanding CBRE’s global investment management capabilities and strengthening its position as a leader in real assets.
As part of the leadership transition, Adam Nims has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Trammell Crow Company. In this role, Mr. Nims will lead CBRE’s development business globally, overseeing strategy, operations, and growth initiatives across markets and property sectors. He will report to Mr. Glanzman as part of the Real Estate Investments leadership team.
Mr. Nims joined Trammell Crow Company in 2006 and has held several senior executive roles during his nearly two decades with the firm. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving development performance, expanding TCC’s geographic footprint, and fostering long-standing client relationships. His appointment as CEO reflects CBRE’s confidence in his leadership and deep knowledge of the development business.
In addition to the promotions within Real Estate Investments, CBRE also announced a key leadership appointment within its Advisory Services segment. Adam Saphier, a senior executive at Trammell Crow Company, has been named Global Chief Operating Officer of CBRE’s Advisory Services business. In this newly expanded role, Mr. Saphier will oversee all Advisory Services operations outside of the United States and Canada, as well as the firm’s global Valuations business.
Mr. Saphier will report to Vikram Kohli, Chief Executive Officer of Advisory Services, and will play a critical role in supporting the operational and financial management of the Advisory Services segment worldwide. His responsibilities will include enhancing operational efficiency, aligning global service delivery, and supporting the continued growth of CBRE’s advisory platform across international markets.
Mr. Saphier joined Trammell Crow Company in 2005 and has built a strong track record in leadership, operations, and business management. His experience within CBRE’s development organization positions him well to bring a strategic and operational perspective to the Advisory Services segment as it continues to evolve in response to client needs and global market dynamics.
Commenting on the leadership changes, CBRE Chair and CEO Bob Sulentic highlighted the long-standing contributions of the newly promoted executives. “Andy, Adam and Adam have delivered exceptional results for our company and clients over many years,” Mr. Sulentic said. “Their new roles position them to have an even greater impact while continuing to advance their careers.”
The announcement also includes a transition for Danny Queenan, Trammell Crow Company’s current CEO. With Mr. Nims assuming the CEO role, Mr. Queenan will move into a newly created senior position as Executive Group President. In this role, he will oversee several key strategic initiatives and geographies for Trammell Crow Company and will report to Mr. Nims. Mr. Queenan’s new position is designed to leverage his deep experience and leadership as TCC continues to execute on its long-term growth strategy.
These leadership changes underscore CBRE’s commitment to internal talent development and succession planning across its global platform. By elevating experienced leaders into expanded roles, the company aims to strengthen collaboration across business segments, enhance operational excellence, and continue delivering value to clients, investors, and stakeholders worldwide.
