Stefany has been elected to its Board of Directors. In addition to joining the Board, Ms. Stefany has also been appointed to serve on two key Board committees: the Governance and Sustainability Committee and the Compensation Committee. Her appointment underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to strong corporate governance, leadership development, sustainability priorities, and strategic growth.

Ms. Stefany brings to Watts Water Technologies an extensive background in investment banking, strategic advisory, and global industrial market analysis. Since October 2024, she has served as a Senior Advisor to PJT Partners, a leading advisory-focused investment bank known for providing independent strategic counsel on mergers and acquisitions, capital structure, investor engagement, and restructuring transactions. Prior to this role, Ms. Stefany served as a Partner at PJT Partners from 2017 to October 2024. Before joining PJT Partners, Ms. Stefany spent a significant portion of her career with Wellington Management Company, one of the world’s largest global investment management firms. There, she held the role of Managing Director and Global Industry Analyst, responsible for evaluating and recommending strategic investments in public companies within the industrial and multi-industry sectors. Her experience analyzing corporate structure and performance across a wide range of industries will play a meaningful role in supporting Watts’ strategic direction.

In addition to her advisory and investment experience, Ms. Stefany also brings board governance and public company leadership expertise. She has served on the Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. since 2022. AMETEK is a global leader in electronic instruments and electromechanical devices and is widely recognized for its operational excellence and disciplined growth strategy. Earlier, Ms. Stefany served on the Board of Directors of JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of interior and exterior doors, windows, and related building materials. She served in that role from 2017 until April 2024, participating in oversight of corporate transformation initiatives, operational efficiency efforts, and talent development strategies.

Commenting on the announcement, Robert J. Pagano, Jr., Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairperson of the Board of Watts Water Technologies, said:
“Suzanne brings to Watts a wealth of experience advising leading global multi-industry companies on business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and governance.
