Tri Pointe Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, has officially broken ground on The Crossings at Lake Creek, a new residential community in Heber City, Utah. Among those speaking at the event were Ken Krivanec, Division President for Tri Pointe Homes Washington and Utah, Bryon Prince, VP of Land Acquisition and Development for Tri Pointe Homes Utah, and Matt Cragun, VP of Operations for Tri Pointe Homes Utah. Their remarks emphasized the significance of this expansion and the company’s vision for bringing innovative and high-quality housing to Utah homebuyers.

Our new office in the Sugar House area will also be home to our design studio and underscores our commitment to the Beehive State.”
The Crossings at Lake Creek offers an ideal location with convenient access to major employment hubs, including Salt Lake City, Park City, and Provo.
