Saks Global has announced its commitment to continue operations at the historic Neiman Marcus Downtown Dallas store through the 2025 holiday season while actively exploring innovative ways to reimagine the iconic location. In collaboration with the City of Dallas, Saks Global is assessing how the space can evolve to serve both the community and luxury retail customers in a modern, dynamic way, ensuring that the downtown area remains a vibrant destination for fashion, art, and culture.

City officials recently met with Saks Global leadership to discuss potential concepts that would redefine the Neiman Marcus flagship location. Ideas under consideration include a next-generation luxury retail experience, an interactive and curated art exhibition, and a multi-purpose fashion and event center. Saks Global is also evaluating the possibility of incorporating a fashion incubator, designed to support emerging designers and manufacturers, thereby fostering a new generation of creative talent in Downtown Dallas.
