Middleburg has secured both land acquisition and construction financing for its latest multifamily housing development, Mosby Northlake, a 312-unit residential community planned for the rapidly growing Northlake/Huntersville submarket in North Charlotte. Construction on Mosby Northlake is expected to begin this spring, with the first residential units scheduled for delivery in October 2027.
