Known worldwide for its iconic portfolio of games, toys, and entertainment brands, Hasbro continues to evolve into a broader media and intellectual property powerhouse. The company develops and delivers experiences across physical and digital gaming, video games, toys, licensing, television, film, location-based entertainment, and emerging technologies. Under the terms of the lease, Hasbro will occupy the entire third floor and a portion of the fourth floor of the Formosa West office building. The company is expected to officially move into the space during the first quarter of 2027. With the signing of Hasbro, the Formosa West building has now reached full occupancy, underscoring the continued demand for high-quality creative office space in West Hollywood’s entertainment corridor.

The Formosa West building is one of the newest additions to The Lot at Formosa campus and was designed to meet the evolving needs of media, entertainment, and technology companies.
