Following the recent launches of Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, Grand Hyatt Barcelona, and Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences, over 10 additional Grand Hyatt properties are expected to debut by 2027 across key markets worldwide.

  • Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa (Cayman Islands, 2025): A beachfront destination offering 382 rooms, expansive meeting spaces, and a 9,000-square-foot spa.
  • Grand Hyatt The Red Sea (Saudi Arabia, 2025): Located on Shaura Island, this eco-focused resort will serve as the centerpiece of the Red Sea Project.
  • Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort (Mexico, 2026): Featuring 500 rooms, 11 dining venues, and luxurious wellness facilities on the Yucatán Peninsula.
