The building, whose total surface area will reach 26,500 m², will be dedicated to the needs of Dassault Aviation’s Falcon and Rafale aircraft. Designed according to a “V” shaped architecture in order to make the best use of the available space, this hangar will accommodate production halls as well as areas dedicated to tertiary, logistics, and storage functions.
It will be equipped with two production halls, each with 5 spaces for aircraft conforming to all aircraft in the FALCON range), and will be completed by a central R+1 section intended to accommodate tertiary, logistics and storage work spaces. and techniques.
Concerning the Silo n°2 car park, named “S2”, it will be erected to the north of the existing silo n°1 car park. S2 will provide 770 light vehicle parking spaces, 154 of which can be equipped for electric charging, as well as 34 motorcycle spaces and a separate bicycle storage room. In addition, the installation of photovoltaic panels on the shade structures is planned, generating power of approximately 250 kW.
The delivery date for the operation, work which began on July 27, 2023, is set for the first quarter of 2025.
