Bureau Veritas, a global leader in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services, has announced a strategic agreement to acquire Contec AQS along with its two subsidiaries, Exenet and PMPI. This acquisition aligns with Bureau Veritas’ LEAP | 28 strategy, which focuses on strengthening its position as a global leader in the Buildings and Infrastructure sector.

The acquisition reflects Bureau Veritas’ commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions throughout the life cycle of assets, from design and construction to operation and maintenance.
