This development provides high-quality, amenity-rich housing to residents earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Located at 508 Labrador Boulevard, just off I-35, Centro35 offers convenient access to Austin to the north and San Antonio to the south. Within a ten-mile radius are major employers such as the Amazon Fulfillment Center, Texas State University, and the Tanger Outlet Mall, providing residents with ample job opportunities.

Centro35 was financed with tax credit equity from Huntington Community Development Corporation and permanent financing from Bellwether Enterprises and Deutsche Bank. The NRP Group has developed over 30,000 units in Texas and nearly 1,000 units in San Marcos alone.
