(NYSE: GRBK), and Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH) have announced the launch of Prairie Winds, a new residential community in Hutto, Texas, located at CR 1660 and Limmer Loop. Set to open in early 2025, Prairie Winds will feature 1,093 homesites with a variety of modern, family-friendly home designs tailored to both first-time buyers and growing families.
Trophy Signature Homes will bring its Trophy, Gem, and Texas Tree home series to Prairie Winds, offering homes on 45′, 50′, 60’, and 70’ lots. Floor plans will range from 1,000 to 2,700 square feet, with prices starting in the $320,000s, developed across seven phases. “We’re excited to introduce affordable, modern homes with energy-efficient features at Prairie Winds,” said Ryan Jerke, Austin Division President at Trophy Signature Homes.
