His background includes leading enterprise and hyperscale data center initiatives and overseeing complex build-to-suit developments. Prior to joining KDC, he held senior leadership roles at CyrusOne, where he was responsible for managing global enterprise accounts, guiding capacity planning, and supporting digital transformation programs.
Earlier in his career, Child served as a key member of Structure Tone’s Mission Critical group in New York, where he managed business development efforts for hyperscale and enterprise clients. In that role, he contributed to the successful delivery of ground-up data centers and technology facilities across multiple continents, gaining invaluable experience in site selection, project management, and client relations.
Child holds a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University, further complementing his technical expertise and strategic acumen in managing large-scale, mission-critical projects.
