Walker & Dunlop, Inc., a leading commercial real estate finance company, announced today that it has successfully arranged $371,500,000 in financing to support the development of The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences. This premier luxury hotel and residential project will be located in the heart of Nashville’s highly desirable Gulch neighborhood, one of the city’s fastest-growing areas for upscale hospitality and high-rise residential living.

The financing package, totaling $371.5 million, was provided by Madison Realty Capital and KSL Capital Partners, two leading institutional capital providers.
