YIT has initiated a new self-developed residential project in the city of Oulu, further strengthening its presence in Northern Finland’s housing market.
The project, named Asunto Oy Oulun Merijalinportti, will bring 36 modern homes to a scenic riverside location in the Länsi-Tuira district. Construction work on the Merijalinportti development began in December 2025, and the project is scheduled for completion in September 2027.
