Leifheit brings over 27 years of experience in the engineering and architecture sector and has demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive organizational success and business expansion. Since joining Wilson & Company in 2007, he has held multiple leadership roles that have significantly contributed to the company’s growth. In 2018, Leifheit took on the role of Rail Division Manager, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s rail services market and UIC/Field Services Program. His leadership and strategic vision in this role propelled the division forward, strengthening Wilson & Company’s position in the transportation infrastructure market.
Following the firm’s organizational restructuring, Leifheit transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Private Infrastructure. In this capacity, he played a critical role in expanding Wilson & Company’s presence in the private sector, forging strategic partnerships, and spearheading new business initiatives. His contributions during this period were instrumental in driving innovation, operational improvements, and revenue growth.
