View Homes Strengthens Leadership Team With New Executive Appointments

View Homes, a residential homebuilder recognized among the Builder 100 rankings by Builder Magazine, has announced three major additions to its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen operations and support growth across its regional markets. The appointments include Ben Harris as Division President for Colorado, Michael Copeland as Division President for San Antonio, and Alyson Benn as Vice President of Corporate Marketing, effective May 11.

The company said the new executives bring extensive industry experience in homebuilding, operations, sales, and marketing, and are expected to play key roles in advancing View Homes’ strategic expansion efforts across Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.

View Homes Chief Executive Officer Natasha Gandhi said the appointments reflect the company’s commitment to building a leadership structure capable of supporting future growth while maintaining strong operational performance across its divisions.

According to Gandhi, the company is focused on strengthening its ability to execute efficiently in existing markets while continuing to deliver high-quality customer experiences. She emphasized that Harris, Copeland, and Benn each bring valuable expertise and leadership capabilities that align with View Homes’ long-term vision.

The leadership additions come at a time when the residential homebuilding sector continues to navigate evolving market conditions, shifting buyer demand, and increased competition. Homebuilders across the United States are increasingly prioritizing experienced leadership teams to help drive operational efficiency, improve customer engagement, and identify growth opportunities in both established and emerging housing markets.

Ben Harris joins View Homes as Division President for Colorado with more than a decade of experience in homebuilding sales, mortgage operations, and market leadership. His background includes leadership positions with several major housing and financial organizations, where he developed expertise in sales management, customer experience, and regional market growth.

Most recently, Harris served as Vice President of Sales at Richmond American Homes in Denver. In that role, he oversaw sales operations in one of the company’s key regional markets and was responsible for driving sales performance, managing teams, and supporting broader business objectives. His experience working in the competitive Colorado housing market is expected to support View Homes’ continued expansion and operational performance in the region.

Before joining Richmond American Homes, Harris worked as Sales Manager at KBHS Home Loans, where he gained experience in mortgage and financing operations that complement his broader understanding of residential real estate and homebuyer needs. He also spent nearly eight years at Pulte Mortgage, serving as Vice President and Regional Sales Manager. During his tenure there, he worked across multiple markets and developed experience in regional sales strategy, lending operations, and customer relationship management.

Harris earned a degree in Business and Communication from Arizona State University. His combination of sales leadership, mortgage expertise, and market experience is expected to contribute to View Homes’ efforts to strengthen its presence in Colorado’s growing housing sector.

Michael Copeland joins the company as Division President for San Antonio and brings more than 20 years of experience in residential homebuilding and operational management. His career spans a broad range of leadership roles across construction, purchasing, regional operations, and executive management, providing him with deep knowledge of the homebuilding process from both operational and strategic perspectives.

Copeland most recently served as Division President at Forestar in San Antonio, where he was responsible for establishing and leading a new division from the ground up. His work included overseeing market entry strategies, team development, operational planning, and business growth initiatives. Building a division from its early stages provided Copeland with hands-on experience in scaling operations and developing infrastructure to support long-term expansion.

Prior to his role at Forestar, Copeland spent five years as Texas Region President at Rausch Coleman Homes. During that time, he played a significant role in expanding the company’s operations into 10 new markets and growing the organization’s regional footprint. His leadership also supported team development and operational growth across multiple business functions.

Earlier in his career, Copeland spent 13 years with DR Horton, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Over the course of his tenure, he held progressively senior positions that allowed him to gain extensive experience in construction management, purchasing operations, city-level management, and regional leadership.

Copeland earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University. His operational expertise and market leadership experience are expected to support View Homes’ ongoing development efforts in Texas, particularly in the rapidly growing San Antonio market.

Alyson Benn has been appointed Vice President of Corporate Marketing and brings approximately 20 years of marketing leadership experience to the company, much of it focused specifically on residential homebuilding. Her background includes extensive work in corporate branding, integrated marketing strategy, digital engagement, and customer-focused communications.

Before joining View Homes, Benn spent more than seven years at Century Communities, where she most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing. In that role, she led integrated marketing initiatives for the publicly traded national homebuilder and oversaw efforts to strengthen brand positioning, support sales performance, and enhance customer engagement across multiple markets.

Prior to Century Communities, Benn worked for more than seven years at Richmond American Homes. During her time there, she advanced to the role of Director of Marketing and Operations, managing national and divisional marketing initiatives across 14 market regions. Her responsibilities included overseeing marketing operations, campaign development, digital strategy, and brand management for a large-scale homebuilding organization.

Benn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Northern Colorado. Her experience in strategic marketing and homebuilder branding is expected to help View Homes strengthen its corporate identity, improve customer outreach, and support future business growth initiatives.

Gandhi said the company remains focused on operational execution, customer service, and building upon the foundation that has supported View Homes’ growth in recent years. She expressed confidence that the new leadership appointments will help the company continue expanding while maintaining strong performance across its markets.

The appointments also reflect the company’s broader investment in leadership development as it scales operations across multiple regions. View Homes currently operates five divisions across Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico, serving a broad range of homebuyers through product offerings that span entry-level, move-up, and luxury housing segments.

As housing demand continues to evolve and competition intensifies within the residential construction sector, companies with experienced leadership teams are increasingly positioned to adapt to changing market conditions and capitalize on growth opportunities. By adding experienced executives with backgrounds in sales, operations, construction, and marketing, View Homes aims to strengthen its operational capabilities and support long-term strategic growth across its expanding footprint.
