Forbes list honors companies that create a great environment for employees. Turner Construction Company was selected by Forbes Magazine as one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2024. The list created by Forbes provides further recognition of Turner as an exceptional employer.

America’s Best Large Employers 2024 were selected based on an independent survey of over 170,000 U.S. employees from all industry sectors working for companies employing at least 5,000 people within the US. Over 3.5 million employer evaluations were considered.
Survey respondents were asked to evaluate their employer based on a range of criteria, including working hours, salary, opportunities for training and promotion, workload expectations, mental health benefits, and diversity within the management team. Participants were also asked if they would recommend their employer to others.
