Turner Chosen as Contractor for Multi-Billion-Dollar One Beverly Hills Development

Turner Construction to Lead First Phase and Overall Oversight of One Beverly Hills Megaproject

Turner Construction Company has been selected as the overall site manager for the highly anticipated One Beverly Hills development—a multi-billion-dollar, 17.5-acre project in Beverly Hills, California. The company will serve as the contractor for the project’s first phase and oversee construction across the entire development. Groundbreaking took place in February 2024.

Master-planned by Foster + Partners, One Beverly Hills will feature a mix of luxury residences, hospitality, and retail. The project includes two Aman-branded residential towers, an Aman Hotel, and an Aman Club, designed by Kerry Hill Architects.

As part of the development, the iconic Beverly Hilton—renowned for hosting the Golden Globes and the Milken Global Conference—will undergo a complete redesign by David Collins Studio. The project will also introduce 10 acres of botanical gardens and open space designed by global landscape architecture firm Rios, seamlessly integrating hospitality and retail throughout the site.

“We are thrilled to work on this iconic project,” said Reed McMains, Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction Company. “One Beverly Hills will usher in the next exciting chapter in Beverly Hills’ remarkable history. This project will bring over 2,500 construction jobs to the region, and we’re excited to partner with Cain International and OKO Group to bring this vision to life.”

Adamson Associates is serving as the executive architect for the development. Completion of One Beverly Hills is scheduled for late 2027.
