Prior to that role, Lauer held the position of Group Vice President of Supply Chain at Trex, where he contributed to strengthening end-to-end supply chain operations. Over the years, he has also held several progressive leadership positions within the organization, including Vice President and Senior Director roles, demonstrating consistent growth and deep institutional knowledge of the company’s operations and culture.

He also worked at Federal-Mogul, an international supplier of automotive and industrial products, where he further strengthened his expertise in engineering-driven manufacturing environments. Lauer’s academic background further supports his technical and leadership capabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy, a foundation that reflects his strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Villanova University, equipping him with advanced knowledge in business strategy, leadership, and organizational management.
