OSU East will feature 11 three-story residential buildings containing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The community’s 336 homes will include:
- 144 one-bedroom apartments
- 156 two-bedroom apartments
- 36 three-bedroom apartments
The variety of floor plans is intended to accommodate a broad resident base, from individual professionals and couples to families seeking additional living space.
Apartment interiors will incorporate contemporary features designed around functionality and comfort. Planned finishes include kitchen islands and peninsulas, granite countertops and luxury vinyl tile flooring, while most residences will also include private balconies.
