Skanska has announced the sale of the multi-family rental property C.F. Møllers Have, situated in Ørestad, Copenhagen, Denmark. The property has been divested for DKK 520 million (approximately SEK 800 million) to Home.Earth Group Holding A/S. This transaction will be recorded under Skanska’s Commercial Development stream during the fourth quarter of 2024, with the transfer of ownership scheduled for January 31, 2025.

C.F. Møllers Have is strategically located near a metro line in the dynamic Ørestad district, making it highly accessible and appealing to tenants. The property spans an impressive 12,000 square meters and comprises 156 modern rental apartments alongside two small commercial spaces. Completed in December 2023, the residential units are already fully leased, underscoring the strong demand for quality housing in this part of Copenhagen.
