Skanska has announced a significant investment of EUR 76 million, approximately SEK 870 million, in the second phase of H2Offices, a cutting-edge, three-phase office complex located in Budapest, Hungary. The upcoming 8-storey building will feature a gross leasable area of around 22,200 square meters, contributing to the growing vibrancy of Budapest’s Váci Office Corridor—a prime hub for business and commerce.

The complex is just a five-minute drive from Budapest’s city center. The development of this phase builds on the success of the first phase of H2Offices, which was completed at the end of 2022.
The first phase, encompassing a gross leasable area of 27,000 square meters, was successfully sold to ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund in the third quarter of 2023. It has since become home to prominent tenants, including Cofidis, Albemarle, Collonade, MBH Gondoskodás Fund, and Orbico, among others.
