Seaport Entertainment Group (SEG) Officially Appoints Lenah Elaiwat as Chief Financial Officer
Seaport Entertainment Group, today announced the official appointment of Lenah Elaiwat as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. The appointment is effective immediately and follows her highly successful tenure as the Company’s Interim CFO.

Background and Experience
Ms. Elaiwat brings nearly 20 years of financial leadership experience in the real estate and financial services sectors. Before her current appointment, she served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer since joining Seaport Entertainment Group in 2024.
Her distinguished career includes senior finance positions at:
- Regis Group
- Midwood Investment & Development
- Colony Capital
- Edison Properties
In these roles, she led accounting and finance functions, strategic planning, and investor relations. Ms. Elaiwat began her career in the real estate audit practice at Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an M.B.A. in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
