Before joining Best Roofing, Mr. Tikriti served as the President and COO of Volumetric Building Companies, a global leader in modular construction. During his tenure, he expanded operations internationally, introduced innovative processes, and significantly increased revenue. His efforts positioned Volumetric Building Companies as a key player in the global modular construction industry.
Prior to his role at Volumetric Building Companies, Sam Tikriti held senior positions in prominent construction and real estate organizations. As the Senior Vice President of Design and Construction at Mericle Commercial Real Estate, he spearheaded large-scale projects that enhanced operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Additionally, he served as the Vice President of Construction and Asset Management for North America at Modular Space Corporation, where he led projects that streamlined operations and optimized asset management strategies.
