Power Home Remodeling Announces New Appointments: Chief Brand Officer and EVP of Delivery

Power Home Remodeling (POWER), the nation’s leading exterior home remodeler and ranked #14 on Fortune’s Best Companies to Work For, has announced the appointment of Kerry McGovern as Chief Brand Officer and Mick Lynch as Executive Vice President of Delivery. These roles underscore POWER’s commitment to building an iconic and trusted brand.

McGovern, who joined POWER in January 2022 as Senior Vice President of Brand, now leads the company’s communications, marketing, and creative teams. She spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding effort, launched a refreshed consumer website, created new internal communication platforms, and introduced “Our Work Shows,” the company’s first major external brand campaign in over 15 years. With a career spanning over two decades at companies such as RE/MAX, Under Armour, the NHL, and Drizly, McGovern brings vast experience to her new role. She was also recently honored as one of Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing, Class of 2024. McGovern will continue to report to POWER’s co-CEO, Asher Raphael.

“Kerry’s leadership and vision have transformed POWER’s brand, making it a standout in the industry,” said Raphael. “Her efforts have solidified a modern, high-end identity that truly reflects who we are.”

Lynch’s promotion to Executive Vice President, Delivery, comes after a distinguished career with POWER, where he worked his way up from entry-level sales through various leadership positions. In his previous role as Senior Vice President, Lynch played a pivotal role in establishing POWER’s Delivery vertical, which has set new industry standards for installation quality. In his new role, Lynch will oversee delivery operations across POWER’s 22 territories and report to Chief Operating Officer Timothy Wenhold.

“Mick’s ability to innovate and improve our delivery capabilities has not only strengthened POWER but has raised the bar for the entire industry,” said Raphael.

These appointments follow recent leadership expansions, including Kevin Wiggins as Chief Financial Officer and Marc Sule as Chief Business Technology Officer, bringing expertise from leading companies such as Wawa, CVS Health, Urban Outfitters, and eBay.
