Palm Holdings is excited to announce the grand reopening of the newly renovated TownePlace Suites by Marriott London, a premier extended-stay hotel.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Mandy Choi, VP of Hotels at Palm Holdings, and David Abraham, General Manager of TownePlace Suites, along with local dignitaries.
Situated at 800 Exeter Rd near Highway 401, the revitalized property provides both business and leisure travelers with modern accommodations and easy access to the city’s main attractions and major businesses.
The hotel features 126 fully transformed suites across three floors, showcasing contemporary designs tailored to today’s travelers. Each suite includes spacious work areas, fully equipped kitchens, and plush bedding for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. Guests can choose from king studio suites, two queen bedrooms, and one-bedroom suites, all featuring 55” flat-screen TVs, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and Marriott’s Guest Room Entertainment technology for streaming services like Netflix and YouTube.
In addition to upgraded guest rooms, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott London now boasts a renovated lobby designed for relaxation and collaboration, featuring modern seating areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and versatile workstations. Guests can also enjoy an expanded fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and flexible meeting spaces ideal for small to medium-sized events.
The hotel’s location makes it perfect for extended-stay travelers, with convenient access to major employers such as Amazon, 3M, and General Dynamics, along with local attractions like Budweiser Gardens, Covent Garden Market, and Victoria Park.
