Milestone Reached on Harvard Enterprise Research Campus Lab,Turner Construction Company, alongside joint venture partners Janey Construction Management, and J&J Contractors, celebrated the topping out of Harvard University’s Enterprise Research Campus East and West Lab Buildings in Allston, Massachusetts. The final steel beam for the structure was put into place, the team celebrated the hard work of all the trade contractors.
Turner is providing construction services on the two buildings that will host 15 floors of laboratory tenants and will also have connectivity to the balance of the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) facilities. The cutting-edge research and development lab buildings are designed and will be built to ensure a healthy workspace environment with a focus on sustainability, resiliency, and equity.

The 440,000-square-foot project will be completed in Spring 2025.
